Changes
If you need to change your order please email info@bruxedesign.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.
Shipping

All packages are sent with signature required and tracking numbers will be provided. Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
Overnight Shipping
Only orders submitted Monday through Thursday, Before 2PM Est, Can be sent over night. additional charges will apply.
International ShippingWe ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services. Rates are calculated on the site at time of checkout. Bruxe and Rekognize Productions Inc., is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
Tracking Numbers
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Bruxe and Rekognize Productions Inc. only ships packages Monday through Friday.
Returns
Bruxe and Rekognize Productions Inc. will accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. Customer must first obtain an return authorization number. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are final sale and are not eligible for return.
To send back goods, please email info@bruxedesign.com for a return authorization number.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Bruxe and Rekognize Productions Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Bruxe and Rekognize Productions Inc. offices.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.

Price Adjustments
If within 7 days of purchase Bruxe Design discounts an item from regular retail price, we are happy to provide a price adjustment to our customers. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Email us at info@bruxedesign.com. All sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
RESTOCKING FEE
YOUR RETURN MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, APPLIED AT OUR DISCRETION, OF UP TO 20% OF THE COST OF THE GOODS BEING RETURNED. WHEN REQUIRED THIS IS NECESSARY TO COVER CREDIT CARD-TRANSACTION FEES AND OTHER COSTS INCURRED DURING PROCESSESING.
